The contrasts between text and background do not fulfil the required minimum values in some cases. Font sizes and text structure are also not consistently legible.

Links are not always clearly labelled. Users cannot always recognise where a link leads to or what it does.

Metadata:
The website contains no or insufficient metadata that would support navigation with assistive technologies (e.g. document title, language information, structural information).
Accessible documents:
Linked PDF or Office documents are not designed to be accessible and can only be read to a limited extent by assistive technologies.
